Welcoming Our New Counseling Interns: Meet Alex Kelley & Sabrina Redman
We're thrilled to welcome two exceptional new clinical interns to the Atlanta Wellness Collective this May: Alex Kelley and Sabrina Redman.
Both bring unique strengths, deep compassion, and a shared commitment to holistic, client-centered care. Get to know them below and see how their presence will enrich our community.
Meet Alex Kelley
Alex Kelley is passionate about supporting children (ages 10+), teens, and adults through life’s challenges. Her areas of focus include:
Anxiety & Depression
Trauma & PTSD
ADHD/ADD
Premenstrual Dysphoric Disorder (PMDD)
Body-Focused Repetitive Behaviors (BFRBs)

Alex’s therapeutic style is warm, creative, and holistic. She integrates evidence-based techniques with mind-body practices, movement, and expressive tools to help clients feel safe, seen, and empowered. Whether working with a teen navigating identity or an adult rebuilding self-trust, Alex meets each client with curiosity and care.
She is currently pursuing her master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Richmont Graduate University and holds a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Kennesaw State University. Outside the therapy room, Alex enjoys yoga, Pilates, reading, and playing pickleball.
Alex is supervised by Nicole Thaxton, PhD, LPC, CPCS. She offers in-person sessions in Marietta and virtual sessions across Georgia at a reduced intern rate.
Meet Sabrina Redman
Sabrina Redman brings a grounded, relational approach to therapy, specializing in work with adults and couples. Her areas of focus include:

Sabrina believes that healing happens in connection. She creates a safe, nonjudgmental space where clients can explore their stories, deepen self-awareness, and move toward meaningful change. Her approach is integrative, drawing from evidence-based modalities and tailored to each client’s unique needs.
She is currently earning her master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Richmont Graduate University and holds a bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education from Kennesaw State University. Outside of counseling, Sabrina enjoys movies, creative projects like digital scrapbooking, and spending time with her husband, family, and friends.
Sabrina is supervised by Jonathan Smith, MA, LPC, CPCS. She offers in-person sessions in Acworth and virtual sessions across Georgia at a reduced intern rate.
At Atlanta Wellness Collective, our Counseling Interns are closely supervised by an in-house Clinical Supervisor, which means that you benefit from having multiple counselors whose time and expertise are applied to working with you.
