Sabrina Redman is passionate about walking alongside adults and couples as they navigate the many challenges and transitions life can bring. Whether it’s anxiety, depression, grief and loss, infertility, parenting stress, or the unique dynamics of raising children with special needs, Sabrina offers a warm, collaborative space where clients feel heard, supported, and understood.

Her approach is holistic — grounded in the belief that healing happens through authentic connection and self-discovery. With empathy, curiosity, and deep respect, Sabrina helps clients explore their stories, grow in self-awareness, and move toward emotional healing and meaningful relationships. She honors the whole person — emotionally, relationally, physically, and spiritually — and thoughtfully integrates faith and spirituality into the counseling process for clients who desire that perspective.

Before beginning her counseling journey, Sabrina spent over a decade as a special education teacher. She brings that same patience, care, and insight into her work with clients today. She is currently pursuing a master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Richmont Graduate University and holds a bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education from Kennesaw State University. Outside of counseling, Sabrina enjoys movies, creative projects like digital scrapbooking, and spending time with her husband, family, and friends.

At Atlanta Wellness Collective, our Counseling Interns are closely supervised by an in-house Clinical Supervisor, which means that you benefit from having multiple counselors whose time and expertise are applied to working with you. Sabrina is currently under the supervision of Jonathan Smith, MA, LPC, CPCS. Counseling Interns also offer counseling sessions at a significantly reduced rate.

A note from Sabrina —

I’m passionate about creating a space where you can explore your story with honesty, curiosity, and care. My work is rooted in compassion, presence, and a deep belief in each person’s capacity for healing and meaningful connection. Whether working with you individually or as a couple, it’s a true privilege to walk alongside you as you grow, heal, and rediscover your inner strength.
