Founded by Atlanta natives and Licensed Professional Counselors Dr. Nicole Thaxton and RJ Thaxton in 2020, Atlanta Wellness Collective is a collaborative mental health practice offering approachable mental healthcare for the whole person - mind, body, soul, and spirit. We have three locations in Roswell, Marietta, and Acworth, Georgia.
Our purpose is to create safe spaces for healing, growth, and transformation. We are dedicated to providing exceptional mental health services that empower individuals, couples, and families on their unique journeys toward well-being. Through our modern, inviting offices and a compassionate team, we strive to create an inspiring atmosphere for the inner work of healing and personal development.

We strive to make the referral process simple and seamless for both you and your clients. We work with clients in-office (Roswell, Marietta, and Acworth) and via telehealth across Georgia.
Follow these steps to connect your clients with the support they need:
Share Our Referral Form – Submit client details using our secure Online Referral Form.
Client Outreach – Once we receive the referral, our team will contact the client to discuss their needs and match them with the best-fit provider.
Scheduling & Next Steps – Clients will be guided through scheduling their first session, and we will keep you informed as appropriate with client consent.

We started Atlanta Wellness Collective because we wanted a mental health practice that felt welcoming, elevated, and thoughtfully led. We’re proud of the culture and community we’ve built — within our providers team and with our clients and community partners.
