Emilie offers a welcoming space where you can show up as you are. If you’re feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or stuck in patterns you don’t fully understand, she helps you slow down, process your experiences, and begin moving forward with clarity and confidence. Emilie works with children, teens, young adults, parents, and individuals on the autism spectrum, navigating transitions, emotional challenges, relationship difficulties, and feelings of isolation. Emilie also supports clients experiencing grief, trauma, infertility, and loss, offering a steady and compassionate presence through some of life’s most tender seasons.

With a background as a Registered Behavior Technician, Emilie brings both clinical skill and deep understanding to her work with neurodiverse clients. She is especially passionate about helping individuals feel seen, valued, and supported while building practical tools for emotional regulation and connection. Her approach blends insight and action. For clients who desire it, she also welcomes the integration of faith and spirituality in a way that honors your personal beliefs.

Clients often describe Emilie as empathetic, thoughtful, and easy to talk to. She believes healing begins with feeling known and that growth happens when we create space to understand what we’ve been carrying. Emilie is completing a Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Liberty University.

At Atlanta Wellness Collective, our Counseling Interns are closely supervised by an in-house Clinical Supervisor, which means that you benefit from having multiple counselors whose time and expertise are applied to working with you. Emilie is currently under the supervision of RJ Thaxton, LPC, CPCS. Counseling Interns also offer counseling sessions at a significantly reduced rate.

A note from Emilie —

To transform our outer lives, we must first look inward. I believe wholeheartedly that everyone deserves a space to be themselves, receive encouragement, and feel truly known. I hope to walk alongside you as you explore your inner world, process your experiences, and grow into who you are meant to be.
