Life can feel overwhelming at times, whether you're navigating anxiety, stress, grief, relationship challenges, life transitions, or simply feeling stuck. Emilie provides a supportive space where you can feel heard, gain insight, and develop practical tools to move forward with greater confidence and peace.
Emilie works with children, teens, adults, parents, and neurodivergent individuals, including those on the autism spectrum. With a background as a Registered Behavior Technician, she brings experience supporting emotional regulation, relationships, trauma, infertility, loss, and everyday life challenges. Her approach is compassionate, collaborative, and tailored to your unique goals. For clients who desire it, she also welcomes the integration of faith and spirituality into the counseling process.
Clients often describe Emilie as empathetic, thoughtful, and easy to talk to. She believes healing begins with feeling known and that growth happens when we create space to understand what we’ve been carrying. Emilie is completing a Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Liberty University.
At Atlanta Wellness Collective, our Counseling Interns are closely supervised by an in-house Clinical Supervisor, which means that you benefit from having multiple counselors whose time and expertise are applied to working with you. Emilie is currently under the supervision of RJ Thaxton, LPC, CPCS. Counseling Interns also offer counseling sessions at a significantly reduced rate.
A note from Emilie —
To transform our outer lives, we must first look inward. I believe wholeheartedly that everyone deserves a space to be themselves, receive encouragement, and feel truly known. I hope to walk alongside you as you explore your inner world, process your experiences, and grow into who you are meant to be.
