What does Collaborative Care mean?

We utilize a collaborative, “whole person” approach for your treatment goals. At our offices and via telehealth for all Georgia residents, we offer individual, couples, family, and group counseling and therapy for ages 3+ with a wide array of specializations and nutrition counseling. We also offer corporate and group speaking, training, and workshops.

Depending on your presenting symptoms and treatment goals, our providers work with you to create a custom treatment plan. As we know, wellness and health involve all areas of your life — mental, emotional, physical, relational, past history and trauma, and spiritual. Your mental health treatment should reflect this same wholeness.

Your treatment plan may include multiple services at our office such as therapy and nutrition counseling or individual therapy and couples therapy. Oftentimes, for families experiencing crisis or conflict, our providers collaborate on individual treatment for children, parent-coaching sessions, and collaborative family therapy. The goal with a collaborative approach is to provide you with resources and care that are holistic and personalized — getting to the root of your symptoms and creating lasting change.

The Importance of Collaborative Care

We understand how difficult it can be to find providers who will take the time to collaborate on your treatment plan, address all of your concerns, and find the best options for your mental health treatment. This is why we provide multidisciplinary, holistic care in-office and via telehealth with our team of Atlanta Wellness Collective providers. Our providers work together to collaborate the best care for our clients. All of our providers are expertly trained using a holistic, collaborative, client-centered, and trauma-informed therapy framework.

This is what I’ve been looking for! How can I get started?

We understand that finding the “right” counselor can feel overwhelming, so we’ve done our best to simplify the process and will connect you with the best fit for your situation. The first step is to discuss your needs with us. You can request an initial appointment online or contact us directly to determine the best next step for you. We also offer free phone consultations before getting started. The best way to get in touch with us is to complete this form. Someone from our office will be in touch within 12-24 business hours.
