Whether you’re adjusting to a new season of life, feeling lost in the demands of motherhood, or searching for a deeper sense of meaning and self, Rebekah Brooks offers a warm and understanding environment to help you find clarity and confidence in who you are. Her work supports women in navigating anxiety, perfectionism, and past trauma while reconnecting with their values, identity, and purpose.
Rebekah enjoys supporting mothers raising neurodivergent children, helping them care for their own emotional well-being while nurturing deeper connection and understanding within their families. Through a trauma-informed, relational approach, Rebekah helps women move toward healing, balance, and greater self-acceptance. She also offers support for children and families when appropriate, drawing on her background in child and family therapy to strengthen connection and communication at home.
Rebekah believes that while our wounds often occur in relationships, it’s also within relationships that we experience the deepest healing and transformation. When desired, Rebekah integrates faith and spirituality into the counseling process to provide a holistic approach to healing.
Outside the therapy room, Rebekah enjoys running, hiking, gardening, and spending time with her family outdoors. She earned a Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Richmont Graduate University, where she received specialized training in trauma-informed care, and is licensed as an Associate Professional Counselor under direction and supervision.
A note from Rebekah —
I hope to create a compassionate space for you to breathe, reflect, and heal. The most meaningful change often begins when we give ourselves permission to pause, rediscover who we are, and turn inward with kindness. It’s an honor to walk alongside you in that process.
