Jessica Ringmuth is a seasoned clinician who brings extensive experience working with individuals, couples, and families across a wide range of settings. Her areas of focus include trauma and recovery, life transitions, emotional and behavioral challenges, parenting concerns, codependency and boundaries, grief and loss, and relationship stress. Jessica especially enjoys working with adolescents and adults who are seeking healing, growth, and greater emotional clarity.

Jessica’s approach to therapy is trauma-informed and deeply relational. She believes that meaningful healing happens within the safety of a collaborative therapeutic relationship—one that is respectful, engaging, and, when appropriate, even includes moments of humor and lightness. Clients often appreciate her ability to balance depth with warmth, while creating a space that feels grounded and supportive.

Jessica has had the privilege of working with a diverse range of individuals, including children and adolescents, families, and international workers across Africa. Her professional journey has taken her from global work in East Africa to local mental health hospitals in the Atlanta area. Across every setting, her passion has remained the same: walking alongside people as they move toward healing, peace, and a sense of joy and wholeness. When appropriate and desired by the client, Jessica is trained in integrating spiritual values into the counseling process.

In addition to her clinical work, Jessica is a Certified Professional Counselor Supervisor (CPCS) and enjoys mentoring and supporting other clinicians in their professional development.

A note from Jessica —

Taking the first step toward counseling can feel overwhelming, and choosing the right therapist matters. I believe healing happens best when you feel safe, seen, and genuinely supported. My hope is to create a space where you can show up as you are, explore what’s been weighing on you, and move toward meaningful change at a pace that feels right for you. I’d be honored to walk alongside you in that process.
